How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2–3 business days. Urgent legal matters from members are prioritised and typically receive a response within 24 hours. Emergency legal assistance is available 24/7 via our helpline.

Do I need to be a member to contact RAMA?

No — anyone can contact us with general enquiries. However, access to legal aid, documentation support, and certain services is reserved for registered members. If you're not yet a member, we encourage you to join RAMA to access the full range of benefits.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. RAMA complies fully with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your personal information is stored securely, never shared without your consent, and used only for the purposes you specify.

Can I visit a RAMA office in person?

Yes, visits are welcome by appointment at our head office in Johannesburg and at provincial chapters. Please call or email ahead to schedule an appointment so we can ensure the right team member is available to assist you.

How do I report misconduct or fraud within RAMA?

Reports can be made confidentially to our independent Ethics & Complaints Committee at ethics@rama-global.com. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality, and whistle-blowers are protected from retaliation.
